1 General Introduction

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Rules

Each person may open only one account on dbbet. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. An account opened with false or fabricated information may be closed at any time.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dbbet may request identity documents at any time for security purposes. These may include a national identity card, passport, or other proof of identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify our support team immediately.

4 Age and Eligibility Requirements

All dbbet services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any service.

If false information is provided about age at registration and this is proven, the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

• Minimum age to use the service: 21 years.
• A government-issued identity document may be requested at any time to verify age.
• Keeping minors away from gambling is everyone's responsibility.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on dbbet is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from a mobile wallet registered to a third party may be rejected.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.

5.3 Transaction Review

If unusual transactions or suspicious activity are detected, dbbet reserves the right to hold any deposit or withdrawal and conduct an investigation. During the investigation, the user's account may be restricted.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

dbbet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, a total wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 is required.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• While a bonus is active, the real money balance is used first, then the bonus.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred to another account.
• If abuse of any bonus is found, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Cashback

dbbet's VIP programme includes a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. There are four tiers: up to 0.3% weekly cashback at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

Example: A Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet or game round has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game stops midway due to a technical error, dbbet will make a decision based on the last confirmed state.

For sports betting, odds may change up until the match starts. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.

7.2 Fairness of Play

All casino games on dbbet are operated by verified software providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased and unpredictable.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and bet type, and will be clearly displayed in the game interface. dbbet reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms.
• Using the service by opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using a false identity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Rules

9.1 Suspension by dbbet

dbbet may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Being confirmed as a minor.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You should withdraw your real money balance before closing the account.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability

dbbet always aims to provide uninterrupted service. However, if service is disrupted due to a technical error, maintenance, or other reasons, dbbet is not obliged to pay direct financial compensation for this.

dbbet cannot be held liable for any errors or losses caused by third-party software providers (game studios, payment gateways).

• dbbet is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• dbbet will not be liable for losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losing money in gambling is a normal risk — dbbet gives no guarantee in this regard.

12 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions
